If you’re skimming the Internet for Nutri Ninja Pro reviews and haven’t found what you’re looking for– the search is over. In this review, you can check out all of the blender’s critical features along with its edge and shortcomings over its rivals.

Nutri Ninja Pro Overview

SharkNinja Operating LLC is the designer and distributor of Ninja blender and food processor products. They are based in Needham, Massachusetts, and manufactures coffee makers, multi cookers, toaster ovens, and fryers under the Ninja brand.

Nutri Ninja is a product line that refers to the single-serve blenders which use most of its patented technology. One of the most noticeable features of these blenders is its sharp four-pronged blades. The Ninja brand currently has over 20 blenders under its name.

Key Features of Ninja Pro Blender

Container Size

The blender has two cup sizes- a regular 24 oz and a smaller 18 oz; both have a sip and seal lid. The two containers have a contour and easy to grip design, which allows you to carry them anywhere. Additionally, you can enjoy your freshly blended drink right away without having to transfer its contents to another cup.

Both containers have a max fill line, which tells you the limit of the hard ingredients you can put in them. The cups also have clear measurement markings, which are quite helpful when preparing foods that require a precise amount of ingredients.

Power and Motor Performance

The Nutri Ninja Pro has a powerful 1.2 horsepower motor that allows its sharp blades to spin up to 21,000 RPM. Its 900-watt rating put its motor’s performance slightly below its bigger brethren, such as the Ninja BL660 Professional Blender

Several Nutri Ninja Pro reviews online noted that this blender could be quite noisy, especially when processing hard ingredients. However, its motor can turn cube ice into snow and even process tough nuts.

Blades

This blender uses Ninja Pro Extractor blades known for its sharpness and blending consistency. The four-pronged blade design is made from stainless steel blades and is removable from the base.

However, the blades also sat high on the container, which means it couldn’t process small amounts of liquid. Many Nutri Ninja Pro reviews online pointed out that some of its flimsier components may break easily when the machine is used frequently.

Program and Speed Settings

Unlike larger blenders, the Nutri Ninja Pro has a one-speed setting that works like a typical pulse button. Once you have filled the container with all the ingredients, you must seal it and lock it on the base unit. Then, you have to push the top of the cup down to start the blending process.

Using the two-second pulse technique with short intervals seems to work well when chopping vegetables. Learning the ideal blending time for a particular ingredient is quite challenging and will take some practice.

Cleaning

The Ninja Pro Blender has removable parts that only need a few steps to assemble or disassemble. Thanks to the cup’s wide mouth, they are relatively easy to wash by hand using a sponge, liquid soap, and running water.

The blender is dishwasher safe and has a self-cleaning feature. However, be extra careful when handling the sharp blades to avoid injury. If you want to take out the blender’s edges, make sure to wear fillet gloves to protect your hands.

Functionality

Thanks to its powerful motor, this blender can turn a cup of ice into powdered snow-like consistency in less than 10 seconds without adding any liquid. The blender is ideal for making smoothies that contain fibrous vegetables and fruits.

It does an excellent job of processing soft fruits, frozen berries, and leafy greens such as spinach. Additionally, the blender can easily incorporate whey protein and ground flaxseed into liquids without leaving any residue.

Overall, the Nutri Ninja Pro is one of the best Ninja blenders that offer versatility and portability. Its single-serve cups are quite functional and can process a wide variety of ingredients with ease. The blender’s affordable price and easy to store features sweeten the deal.

FAQ on Nutri Ninja Pro

Can I use the Nutri Ninja Pro as a juicer?

While it can sometimes act as a juicer, the Nutri Ninja is a blender first unit. Meaning, it can’t separate the solid and liquid parts of vegetables or fruits like most juicers. If you want a juicer from the same brand, you can try out the Ninja BL770 Food Processor.

Is the Nutri Ninja better than the NutriBullet?

Both blenders have advantages and disadvantages against one another. The Nutri Ninja, for example, has a more powerful 900 watts motor against the 600 watts motor of the NutriBullet. Meanwhile, the six-pronged dull blades of the NutriBullet are much safer to handle than the sharp four-pronged edges of the Nutri Ninja.

Can you put ice in the Nutri Ninja Pro?

The Nutri Ninja Pro can quickly process hard ingredients, including ice. You can make smoothies and other cold drinks with fine consistency and without any large chunk of ice as residue. Just make sure to add a bit of liquid into the cup’s contents to ensure a smoother blending process.

Why Should I buy the Nutri Ninja Pro instead of a countertop blender?

Aside from the fact that it’s much cheaper, the Nutri Ninja Pro offers many conveniences you won’t see in a countertop blender. For example, you can drink directly from the Nutri Ninja cups right after blending. Additionally, you can also store or take the cups anywhere, which can be hard to do with large countertop blenders.

Our Verdict: Recommended!

Based on many Nutri Ninja pro reviews and our own, it’s easy to conclude that this blender is an outstanding kitchen tool. The blender’s no-frills design and simple function are great for people who don’t want to remember complicated instructions.

The blender is perfect for people who are starting on a diet of green drinks and other healthy beverages. People who are always on the go will surely appreciate its easy to seal lids with sip cups. Its compact size also makes it easy to store and carry virtually anywhere, even outside your home or office.
